Description: The SCS-19 Sentinel is an aerodynamic and sleek design that is also both maneuverable and fast. This armored security carrier, which was on the market during the early years of the Empire, exists to safely transport important persons or cargos to their intended destinations. Government officials, such as planetary governors, wealthy private individuals, corporate executives, holovid stars, and crime lords are users of this craft. At first glance it may appear perfect for military applications; however its lack of firepower for the assault role and lack of cargo space for the transport role, as well as its extreme cost precludes most militaries from purchasing the SCS-19. Features such as interior climate controls, auxiliary power supplies, angled armor plating, onboard defensive shield systems (modeled after starship shields), and twin laser cannons come standard. A wide range of additional options and paint colors are available. Sharp turns can had due to its pair of rear exhaust ports. This is achieved via transferring additional power to one exhaust port, while reversing the thrust on the other. The impressive twin engine configuration endows another benefit, redundancy. Should one engine fail, the remaining one will still propel the SCS-19 to safety.
