Description:
Native to the desert planet of Tantooine, Jawas are intelligent, rodent-like scavengers, obsessed with collecting abandoned hardware. About a meter tall, they wear rough-woven, home-spun cloaks and hoods to shield them from the hostile rays of Tantooine's twin suns. Ususally only bright, glowing eyes shine from beneath the dark confines of the Jawa hood; few have ever seen what hides within the shadowed garments. One thing is certain: to others, the smell of a Jawa is unpleasant and more than slightly offensive.

Technical Aptitude: At the time of character creation only, Jawa characters receive 2D for every 1D they place in repair oriented skills.
